A fantastic afternoon at the M/HQ x Re/think – Women in Finance Lunch, where leading women in private wealth and finance came together for a powerful discussion on the future of wealth ownership and leadership at the acclaimed La Dame de Pic.
The timing couldn’t be better. According to Ida Liu, Global Head of Citi Private Bank, women currently control one-third of global private wealth, but within five years, this will exceed 50%, with $30 trillion transitioning into their hands.
With this shift, critical questions arise: Are women equipped with the right knowledge, networks, and tools to manage and grow this wealth? What gaps still need to be addressed? Who should be leading the charge to drive change?
