We are delighted to announce that we are strengthening our capabilities with the promotions of Ms. Hermione Harrison as Partner & Senior Director heading our Abu Dhabi Office and Ms. Anna Buckley as Partner & Senior Director of Compliance & Operations. 

Hermione designed and led M/HQ’s Governance & Corporate Secretarial Services practice, which has since tripled in size. She will continue to coordinate complex cross-border projects for clients as well as drive thought leadership initiatives to raise awareness of our private clients’ needs and support the continued development of the UAE’s private wealth ecosystem.

Anna has played a key role in driving firm-wide initiatives to ensure M/HQ delivers strong governance, effective risk management, and seamless execution across all our UAE platforms. She will continue to lead the firm’s operational, risk and regulatory strategy with her technical expertise, integrity and operational excellence. 

We are also boosting our Corporate Services offering with the promotions of Ms. Jeny Netto as Director of Corporate Structuring, advising on group holding and estate planning frameworks, and Ms. Marcia Rocha as Director of Corporate Operations & Secretarial Services, supporting clients with corporate governance.

These promotions come at a time when we are seeing record numbers of high-net-worth individuals, international families and their advisors flocking to the UAE for sophisticated, innovative wealth structuring solutions.
