This is a gentle reminder on the importance of keeping your records on the Federal Authority (FTA) portal accurate and up to date.

Any changes to our business information — such as trade license details, business activities, ownership structure, owner details, contact information, or authorized signatory details—must update the FTA portal within 20 business days from the date of the change or update of these information.

Failure to update your records may result in:

• Penalties or fines
• Missed communications from the FTA
• We recommend informing us of any updates, so we can support you in making the necessary amendments on the FTA portal.
